Commitment to achieving Net Zero

We are committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2040.

Current reduction targets are in line with our goals to become Net Zero by 2040.

To continue our progress to achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets:

Reduce overall greenhouse gas output by 20% annually.

Use alternative fuel methods where possible for fleet vehicles for 10% of vehicles.

Reduce waste and increase levels of recycling by 15%.

Carbon Reduction Plan

Reducing our impact on the environment

Renewably Powered

We have partnered with ENGIE to take immediate steps to source all of our power from 100% UK renewable sources.

Energy Reduction Strategy

We have a robust framework and strategy for ensuring our energy consumption is reduced annually all the way down to carbon neutrality.

Reducing Single-Use Plastics

We are doing everything possible to reduce Single Use Plastics in our supply chain by working closely with our supply partners and reusing biodegradable materials. We have saved 36 tons of plastic waste so far from not using disposable bottles.

Paper-Free

We’re proud to be paper-free and encourage our partners and customers to do the same.

Recycling Cardboard Packaging

The recycled boxes that we use are re-used several times before they become unfit for packaging, where they are then recycled. We also reuse all of our supplier’s packaging and boxes.

Investing In Hybrid Technologies

Our vehicles are software engineered to produce 15% less Co2 than factory models. We are also investing in hybrid and full-electric vehicles.

Reducing Waste

Reducing waste is crucial for us because it contributes to deforestation, greenhouse gas emissions, and landfill waste. By adopting sustainable packaging practices and using recycled or biodegradable materials, we can reduce our environmental impact, conserve natural resources, and save money on waste disposal costs.

  • 100% of cardboard that enters our facility is reused for packaging
  • To reduce waste, we reuse cardboard from our suppliers for orders and storage
  • 0% of our waste goes to landfill
  • 547 trees were not logged for boiling water to be drinkable, so far

Product Innovation

Innovation is the cornerstone of our approach to working with our customers. We have over 20-years’ experience in this field and have seen many trends and innovations during this time.

We utilise new technology, such as autonomous technology for cleaning machines to help the cleaner streamline their cleaning regimen. We are also always evaluating new, sustainable and eco-friendly options for our customers.

Grinling Gibbons Primary School

On October 24th, Wessex Cleaning Equipment, Regular Cleaning Services, EBS Pest Control, and FAB Cleaning teamed up to deliver a revitalisation project to an overrun area at the Grinling Gibbons Primary School.

In The Community

Overgrown, weedy and dated. The school had had ambitions to adapt the area for some time, but due to budget constraints on the national education system, Grinling Gibbons simply didn’t have the budget. When Regular Cleaning heard their story, they responded with the only way they know. ‘How can we help?’.

Our priority was ensuring that the area for the children was easy to manage and required as little maintenance and upkeep as possible for the school’s staff. Once the area was clean and weed-free, we got to work on future-proofing the ground for years to come.

Charity Donations

We’re proud to be supporting Young lives vs Cancer who play such an important role in our community and hospitals by helping children, young people, and their families cope with Cancer. Every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer and need support. From Diagnosis, Young Lives Vs Cancer is there to guide, support, and care for the person and support the NHS Teenage Cancer Trust.

We also support our customers with their charities to donate funds, IT equipment and clothing.
