The Role
The role of MOBILE ENGINEER. Must be reliable, self-motivated with electrical & mechanical background to service & repair all types of industrial cleaning machines. Must be willing to cover a large area, experience in this field preferred, but full training will be given. Company vehicle supplied. You will be communicating with customers via telephone and in person. The ability to create a welcoming environment for clients to ensure they receive a great service is essential.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a service department as a mobile engineer
- Be able to use their own initiative and be proactive in all daily duties
- Have good time management skills and be extremely organised
- Be a great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be passionate about doing a great job that will leave a lasting impression – a real “can do” person!
- Demonstrating commitment to exceeding expectations and goals
