Now more than ever we’re finding our wellness in lots of different ways, and sometimes in the simplest of places. Below we’re taking a look at what really makes us happy, whether that’s a walk in the park, a really great song or just the simple joy of a good laugh.
What makes you happy?
Such a simple question, yet if we’re honest it’s kind of an impossible one to answer.
After all, what makes one person happy may easily have the opposite effect on someone else. There’s plenty of discussion to be had around the whole ‘things’ vs quality of life debate, but really it’s all open to interpretation (some might prefer watching TV to time with the family, for example).

Feel good tunes for feel good minds
Sometimes there is nothing better than putting a great upbeat song on and having a dance. Here is a great playlist on Spotify that is full of songs that makes me happy on my daily commute to the office – have a listen and hopefully brighten up your day.
